1 cup of oats
3/4 cup grated İçim Kashar Cheese
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
Half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
450 g chicken breast
Preheat the oven to 230°C. Crumble the oats in a mixer for half a minute. In a bowl, add the grated İçim Cheddar Cheese, thyme, salt and pepper. Wrap the chicken pieces in plastic wrap. Thin out the meat by tapping lightly on them. Remove from cling film and grease. Dip it well in the oats you have prepared. Place the chicken pieces covered in the oat mixture on a greased tray. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot with İçim Yogurt on the side.
