4 pieces of 15 cm baguette bread
2 tbsp İçim Butter
2 tbsp İçim Yogurt
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Tobasco sauce
Oil for frying
120 ml İçim Süt
1 egg, beaten
200 g breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Cut the baguettes in half and remove some of the insides. Spread İçim Butter on the insides. Place the parts you spread with butter on a baking tray facing up. In a small bowl, mix İçim Yogurt, mustard and hot sauce. In a frying pan, heat the oil as much as you can fry the shrimp. In a medium bowl, combine the milk and egg. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, salt, ground pepper and pepper. Roll the shrimp first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture. Fry a third of the breadcrumbs in the heated oil, evenly on all sides. Remove the oil on a paper towel. Repeat the same process until all of the shrimp are browned. After spreading the sauce on both sides of the bread you take from the oven, fill the tomatoes and fried shrimp between the breads
