500 g pumpkin
1.5 liters of water
1 quince
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
Half a bunch of parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
50 g olive oil
100 gr İçim Filtered Yoghurt
Boil the pumpkin, quince, garlic, ginger and salt in 2 liters of water for 30 minutes.
Then add the chopped parsley, blend it and add the olive oil.
Divide İçim Filtered Yoghurt evenly into each soup plate and serve hot.
Enjoy your meal.
