500 g mixed root vegetables
1 head garlic, cut into cloves
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
For the sauce
120 gr İçim Strained Yoghurt
50 gr İçim Yoghurt
1 tsp cumin
1 clove of garlic
Wash the root vegetables thoroughly. Clean the outer surfaces with the help of a stiff brush. Cut the vegetables in half lengthwise. Line the baking tray with baking paper and place the vegetables on it. Drizzle olive oil over vegetables. Crush the husked garlic cloves with a knife. Sprinkle with sprigs of fresh thyme, a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 40 minutes, until the vegetables are browned on top. For the sauce, mix the İçim Yoghurts and whisk well. Add the remaining crushed garlic as well. Serve your baked root vegetables with the İçim Yoghurt sauce you have prepared.
