Easy Künefe Recipe with Cream

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

600 gr İçim Kaymak
1 kg raw wire kadayif
200 gr İçim Butter
100g finely ground pistachios
1 teaspoon powdered pistachios
1 kg of granulated sugar
500 ml of water
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

First, prepare the syrup. Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan. When it starts to thicken, add the lemon juice and let it boil for another 4 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat. Divide half of the kadayif into the kunefe landings. Drizzle half of the melted İçim Butter over it. Spread cream and pistachios. Put the remaining kadayif in the remaining İçim Butter and mix well.
Cover over the cream and pistachios.

Start frying the kadayif on the stove on the stove. Turn the kadayifs upside down in the same shelf and fry the other sides. Continue the process by turning it frequently. While the kunefe is hot, drizzle the syrup over it. After waiting a few minutes, serve garnished with powdered pistachios.
