For the dough
2.5 cups flour
1 cup of warm water
1 teaspoon salt
For the filling:
300 g chard chopped, chopped
250 gr İçim Strained White Cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
After grating the cottage feta cheese, add black pepper and very finely chopped chard and mix well to obtain a filling.
Mix the ingredients of the dough, form a very soft dough ball and let it rest for 30 minutes. Then make walnut-sized meringues from the dough and roll them out into circles with the help of a rolling pin. Cut the piece you opened in a circle in half. Put the cottage feta cheese filling on half of each piece and leave half empty.
Then cover the blank part so that it is on top of the cheese part. Bend the edges with the help of fingers so that the edges do not open. Fry in a fireproof pan and brush with butter after cooking.
