180 g flour
140 g granulated sugar
140 gr İçim Butter
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 oranges, zest grated
For the sauce
150 g powdered sugar
30 ml orange juice
Mini cake tins
Melt the İçim Butter in the saucepan. Grease the cake tins with some of them, sprinkle them with flour and place them in the refrigerator to rest. Beat the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and salt with a mixer until the mixture thickens. Sift flour into it and mix with baking powder. Mix the flour into the egg mixture with the help of a spatula. Add the orange zest to the melted İçim Butter and add it to the mixture you have prepared. Cover the container with a cloth and leave it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Remove the mixture from the fridge and divide it into the cake tins, leaving some space on top of the tins. Cook for about 10 minutes.
For the sauce, mix powdered sugar and orange juice. Take the cakes out of the oven, place them on a wire rack and let them cool. Pour the orange sauce you have prepared on them. Wait 15 minutes, then serve warm.
