For the dough
250 g flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tbsp İçim Labneh
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
For the filling;
3 artichokes, cooked
150 gr İçim Strained White Cheese
Half a bunch of dill
For the dough; Mix all the dough ingredients in a hollow bowl and knead well. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the artichokes you cooked. Mix with dill and grated İçim Cottage White Cheese. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and spread them with lightly melted İçim Butter with a diameter of 25 cm and place them in a non-stick pan. Divide the artichoke mortar into it in equal amounts on all sides.
Open the other half of the dough and cover it. Cook it over very low heat by turning it upside down with the help of a plate such as flatbread. If you put a lid on the pan from time to time, the inside will also cook thoroughly. You can also spread the remaining İçim Butter on your pastry during cooking. Serve your baked pastry hot.
