250 gr İçim Strained White Cheese
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 cup oatmeal flour
Half a cup of flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 coffee cup of warm water
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
30 g dried rosemary
Soak the dry yeast in 1 coffee cup of warm water with powdered sugar for 5 minutes. Then mix the oat flour in a large bowl. Make a gentle dimple in the center. Pour olive oil, butter, vinegar, eggs, salt and the yeast mixture you have prepared into it to obtain a soft dough. Let this dough rest for 10 minutes. Then form 30 even meringues into small balls from the lightly risen dough.
Put grated cottage feta cheese inside the dough pieces and cover the bottom of the balls so that the cheese does not come out. Place the prepared cheese balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 30 minutes.
