3 cups flour
1 cup of water
1.5 tsp dry yeast
2 cups cornmeal
Ham
Smoked salmon slices
İçim Cottage Feta Cheese
Note: You can determine the amount of ham, smoked salmon slices and İçim Cottage White Cheese according to your taste.
Mix 3 cups of flour, 1 cup of water and 1.5 teaspoons of dry yeast dissolved in a bowl and knead into dough. Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Make the leavened dough into meringue and let it rise for another hour, uncovered. Put the dough on the counter, roll it out with your hands, thin it out and cut it into strips with a knife.
Roll the strips in a tray lined with cornmeal to shape them into a spiral shape and place them on a tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 200C for 15-18 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, turn the grissini inside out. After cooling, you can serve it by wrapping slices of ham, smoked salmon around your grissini, or with İçim Cottage Feta Cheese.
