Banana Cake Recipe

Ingredients

(For 6 People)

100 gr İçim Butter
180 g granulated sugar
2 eggs
4 bananas
240 g flour
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
11/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the inside of a rectangular cake tin with İçim Butter and lightly flour it. Put the butter in the pan and melt it and wait for it to cool. Peel the bananas. Mash with a fork to a puree state. Add the sugar, eggs and vanilla to the banana and mix. Add the butter and mix again.

Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda into another bowl and mix well. İçim Butter: Add it to the mixture by continuing to stir slowly. Transfer the mixture to the cake pan. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. After cooking, let it rest for at least 5 minutes and serve.
