10 pieces of puff pastry
2/3 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup İçim Milk
50 gr İçim Butter
3 Golden apples, peeled, sliced
2 eggs
Baking powder
Powdered sugar
File almonds
In a saucepan, bring 50 ml of water to a boil with İçim Milk and İçim Butter. When it boils, add all the flour at once and mix until it becomes a dough. When the dough starts to stick to the edge of the pan, take it out of the pot and spread it on a tray to cool. Take the cooled dough into the mixer with the dough mixing attachment attached. Add the eggs one at a time and mix with a mixer. Finally, add half a teaspoon of baking powder and complete the dough. Place the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Squeeze the dough you prepared with the help of a pastry cone on the dough into balls and sprinkle almonds on it and cover the four corners of the puff pastry on the balls in a triangle. Sprinkle the dough balls with garnishing sugar and almonds and bake in the oven at 160C for about 45 minutes.
Put the apple slices in a saucepan and bring to a boil with 80 g of sugar. After boiling for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool. Remove the dough from the oven and place the apples on it. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and almonds.
