For the cake
3 green apples
120 g İçim Butter, softened
100 g granulated sugar
2 eggs
100g flour, sifted
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
For Crumble
130 g flour
55g brown sugar
80 gr Butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
A pinch of salt
50 g oats
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a round cake pan with wax paper. Pass the ingredients you prepared for the crumble, except for the oats, through the food processor. Put the mixture in a bowl and mix it with the oats. For the cake, beat the sugar and İçim Butter in the mixer for a few minutes and bring it to the consistency of cream. Add the eggs one at a time and continue beating. Put the mixture in a bowl. Add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt to the mixture and mix well. Add the vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into the cake pan and shape it.
Peel the apples, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Slice thinly and arrange them on top of the cake in order. Spread the crumble mixture over the apples and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then remove it from the mold. Serve warm by slicing.
