50 gr İçim Butter
25 g pistachios, shelled
25 g unsalted peanuts
25 g natural hazelnuts, shelled
2 blood oranges
2 oranges
Half a pomegranate
Melt İçim Butter in a large skillet. Add all the nuts and start stirring continuously. Roast the nuts carefully without burning them. Add a pinch of cinnamon to taste. Peel the oranges. Cut into wide and thin rings. Arrange the oranges in a row on a large plate and sprinkle the roasted nuts on top and sprinkle with pomegranate. Arrange another layer of berries and garnish again with nuts and pomegranate
