100 g flour
3 potatoes, boiled
1 egg yolk
200 gr İçim Labne Cheese
1 sprig green leaves of spring onion, chopped
Olive Oil
1 clove of garlic
Boil the potato in plenty of water sprinkled with salt. Remove them from the water and let them warm up. Mix flour, egg and İçim Labne Cheese in a large bowl. Knead the ingredients and get a thick mixture. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Melt 1 teaspoon of İçim Butter and pour it over the slices and mix well. Put it in a bowl with 2 crushed garlic cloves and a little olive oil and mix well. Add the flour mixture you prepared with İçim Labne Cheese. Stir gently with gentle movements and serve garnished with chopped spring onion leaves.
