1.5 cups of barley noodles
1 bowl of İçim Yogurt
Salt
Mint
Cold water
Boil the apa noodles in hot water. And then let it cool. In a bowl, whisk İçim Yogurt by adding salt and mint. Then slowly add the cold water and continue whisking. Add the cooled barley noodles and mix a little more. If you wish, you can add boiled carrots to your soup. Bon Appetit!
