50 gr İçim Butter
240 ml İçim Süt
1 onion
2 large onions
2 potatoes
2 leeks
2 zucchini
2 carrots
2 tbsp green lentils
1liter of water
1 teaspoon salt
A pinch of dill
A pinch of parsley
Wash all vegetables and peel them. Chop into cubes of equal size. Melt the İçim Butter in a large saucepan. Peel the onions and chop them evenly with the other vegetables. Start roasting in butter. When the color starts to turn, add the water and salt, season with black pepper. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender. Remove from the stove and leave to cool. Puree with the help of a blender.
Separate the yolk of the egg, whisk it in a bowl with İçim Milk. Take two spoons of the puree, add it to the milk mixture and whisk well. Gradually add the milk mixture, starting to stir the soup. Divide into bowls and serve sprinkled with dill and mint.
