240 ml İçim Chief Cream
240 ml İçim Milk
750 g peas
2 leeks
2 small sizes
50 gr İçim Butter
1.5 liters of broth
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons boiled peas, for garnish
Peel the onions and chop them into cubes. Wash the leeks and slice them thinly. Melt İçim Butter in a saucepan. Add the onion and leek and sauté over medium heat. Add the broth, stir and bring to a boil. When the light starts to rattle, add the peas. Cook for another 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for another 5 minutes. Smooth it with the help of a blender.
Add the Milk and Drink Chief Cream and mix quickly. Put back on the stove and cook for another 5 minutes. Divide the soup into bowls and garnish with pea kernels.
