1 cup İçim Strained White Cheese, cut into squares
4 tomatoes
10 leaves of fresh basil, roughly divided by hand
6 leaves of lettuce
1 carrot, long grated
1 radish
3 sprigs of dill
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of red pepper flakes
Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
10 capers
Cut the tomatoes into crescent-shaped pieces and put them in a mixing bowl. Add all the other ingredients and blend well. Place on a serving plate and serve.
