3 artichokes, boiled, finely chopped
3-4 spring onions, finely chopped
100 g tuna (canned)
50 g İçim Kashkaval Cheese, finely grated
20 g pine nuts
4 sun-dried tomatoes, halved
A few leaves of lettuce, roughly chopped
A pinch of dill, chopped
Olive Oil
Salt, black pepper
Put olive oil in a pan and lightly fry the peanuts. Add the spring onion and soften over medium heat while stirring. Set the ingredients aside to warm. In a deep bowl, mix the artichokes, İçim Kashkaval cheese, tuna, lettuce and dill. Add the onions and stir once more, then transfer to a serving plate. When the onions are warm, sprinkle some İçim Kashkaval Cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on top and serve.
