(For 6 People)
250 gr İçim Strained White Cheese
1 teaspoon of İçim Chief Cream
1 zucchini grated
1 grated carrot
1 grated potato
2 tbsp spring onions
3 cups vegetable broth
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch of basil
1 teaspoon salt
Put the vegetable broth and chicken broth in a saucepan. Add 1 teaspoon of flour and salt and mix well. In a separate bowl, add the onion, olive oil, grated zucchini, carrots and potatoes to this boiling water.
Continue to simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. After the vegetables have softened, separate a ladle of the soup from the broth. Grate and add cottage feta cheese to it. Add this cheese mixture to the soup. Turn off the bottom of the soup.
Add a tablespoon of İçim Chef Cream and a bunch of chopped basil to the soup and serve.
