140 gr İçim Butter
5 medium-sized potatoes
50 g capers
2 lemon wedges
4 sprigs of rosemary
2 sprigs thyme
2 sprigs of spring onions
2 sprigs dill, finely chopped
Extra virgin olive oil
Mix İçim Butter with the zest of half a lemon, capers and 1 sprig of fennel leaves. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to harden by wrapping it in wax paper. Put the potatoes in the oven with their skins.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut the cooked potatoes open like kumpir. Divide the aromatic İçim Butter you prepared into the potatoes and mix them inside.
Fill them well with a bunch of herbs consisting of 2 slices of lemon and a sprig of rosemary, a sprig of fennel, 2 sprigs of chopped spring onions and 2 sprigs of thyme. Put it back in the oven and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot
