200g jumbo prawns, boiled
1 root celery
1 dry onion
1 potato
1 lemon
1 tbsp flour
500 ml of water
500 ml İçim Chef Cream
1 tsp spring onion, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
Wash the fish. In a large saucepan, add 1 liter of water to them and boil them for 15 minutes. Remove it from the water and remove the bones and put them in another pot. Transfer the boiled water over the fish. Boil the fish again on the stove. Add flour and lemon to it, whisking. When it thickens a little, add the jumbo shrimp and İçim Chef Cream. Mix well. Divide the soup among serving bowls. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped spring onions and parsley.
