Toyga Soup Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

1 tea glass of boiled chickpeas
1 tea glass of boiled wheat
250 gr İçim Yogurt
1 tbsp heaped flour
Enough water
For the top;
2 tbsp İçim Butter
Dried mint

Preparation

Put the chickpeas and wheat in the pot and bring to a boil. To season in a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, flour and some cold water. Take some of the chickpeas and wheat water that you boiled in my mixture, mix a little more and slowly pour the seasoning you have prepared into the pot and continue mixing. Then add salt to it. Melt the Drinking Butter in the pan. Add the mint to it and cook a little. Pour the mortar into the soup and mix gently. Bon Appetit!
