(For 6 People)
250 gr İçim Strained White Cheese
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
250 g polenta or semolina
1 egg yolk
1.5 lt water
1 bunch of parsley
1 tsp dried mint
1 teaspoon salt
Add cold water and 250 g semolina to a saucepan. After mixing the semolina well, put the pot on the fire. Continue to cook on very low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring. Then add butter and cottage feta cheese.
Cook the pot over low heat with the lid closed for another 10 minutes. After the grits are fully cooked, turn off the heat. Meanwhile, add 1 egg yolk to it. Add chopped parsley, dried mint and salt and serve.
