Honey Ginger Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

400 g fresh kidney beans
16 chicken wings
1 medium onion, chopped
5g fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons honey
Salt, freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Cut the chicken wings in half at the joint. Put water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan and put on the fire. Put the wings in the water and remove them when the water boils. Mix well a tablespoon of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, ginger, a pinch of black pepper, 2 teaspoons of honey. Marinate the chicken in this sauce.

Place the marinated wings on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes in the grill position of the oven. Cook for another 10 minutes, turning them side down. Serve hot.
