50 g rice
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 egg
150 gr İçim Yogurt
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp dried mint
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 liters of water
First, wash the rice thoroughly and drain it. Crack the egg into a deep bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of flour to it. Beat well with a large whisk. Add İçim Yogurt on top and whisk again. Pour water into the pot and start boiling. Add the rice and continue mixing. After it starts to boil, continue cooking for 15 minutes. Take some water from the pot and add it to the yogurt seasoning you have prepared. Mix well. Add the seasoning to the soup and stir. Boil the whole mixture again for 5 minutes.
Melt the Drinking Butter in the pan. Fry the dried mint in oil and drizzle it over the soup just before serving.
