2 kg zucchini
2 tablespoons olive oil
Half bunch of dill, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
6 tablespoons İçim Strained Yogurt
One teaspoon of salt
Slice the zucchini into cubes or rounds on baking paper. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil on top. Add a pinch of salt and mix.
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Cook for 40 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Mix İçim Strained Yoghurt with crushed garlic thoroughly.
Add finely chopped dill and mix again. Leave the zucchinis you took out of the oven to rest.
After waiting for them to cool for about 10 minutes, mix the zucchinis with garlic yoghurt. Serve warm.
