2 cups white rice
5 glasses of water
2 tbsp İçim Butter
1 tablespoon raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons dried apricots, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
Heat 1½ tablespoons of İçim Butter in a pan and fry the rice. Add 5 glasses of water to the rice.
Melt the remaining İçim Butter in a separate pan. Start sautéing raisins and dried apricots.
Add the mixture to the rice and mix well. Then add salt, cinnamon and sugar and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve warm.
