2 cups bulgur
150 g small green beans, chopped
4 glasses of water
2 tbsp İçim Butter
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp cumin
1 chili pepper, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
250 gr İçim Yogurt
Fry the rice with 1½ tablespoons of İçim Butter in a heated pan and add 4 glasses of boiled water.
Heat the remaining İçim Butter in a separate bowl and add beans, ginger, cumin and chili peppers. Sauté for 45 seconds. Add it to the rice and mix well.
Then add salt and coriander and cook for 1 more minute. Serve hot with İçim yoghurt on the side.
