500g chicken breast meat, sliced
30 gr İçim Butter
Freshly squeezed juice of 3 oranges
50 g peas, boiled
50g basmati rice, boiled
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon honey
1 tsp cumin
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
Salt, black pepper
Melt the İçim Butter in a large pan. Throw the chicken into the pan. Add garlic, cumin, salt and black pepper and cook until the chicken turns pink.
Add onions, peas and carrots and cook, stirring, for a few minutes. Mix orange juice with honey, pour it over the chicken and cook until the orange sauce becomes syrupy.
Add rice and mix. Serve hot.
