Olive Oil Leek Recipe

Ingredients

( for 4 people )

1 kg leek
2 carrots
1-2 medium-sized squeezed oranges
Half a glass of water
Half a glass of olive oil
Half a coffee cup of rice
200-250 gr İçim Cottage White Cheese
2-3 sugar cubes
Salt

Preparation

1. Chop the leeks and carrots into small pieces in a large bowl.
2. Squeeze the juice from the orange (about half a glass).
3. Pour the orange juice, water, olive oil, rice, sugar and salt over the leeks and mix well.
4. Put the mixture into a Teflon pot. Cook over low heat (about 1 hour) without stirring.
5. When your vegetables are soft and cooked, turn off the heat and let them cool down.
6. After resting and cooling the leeks for a few hours, place them on plates and dice İçim Strained Feta Cheese on it. Enjoy your meal.
