Mini Cheese Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

(for 7 people)

900 g ground beef
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tablespoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ground red pepper
14 thin slices İçim Kashar Cheese
14 mini hamburger buns

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

In a large bowl, knead the minced meat, tomato paste, white pepper, salt, garlic and onion thoroughly. Divide the meatball mixture into 14 equal parts. After rolling them with your hands, press them lightly and turn them into tiny burger patties.

Cook both sides on the grill. Place the cheese on the meatballs and continue cooking until it melts.

Put the cheese meatballs between the burger buns and serve hot.
