1/2 kg broccoli
50 gr İçim Kashar Cheese
2 slices of stale bread
peel of 1/2 lemon
1 clove of garlic
Olive Oil
Cut the broccoli florets into two or four lengthwise, depending on their size. Mix it with some olive oil, salt and black pepper and bake it in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Grind bread, garlic and lemon peel in a blender. Cook the mixture you prepared in a pan with a little olive oil to make it crispy.
Grate İçim Kashar Cheese into very thin pieces and add it to the mixture.
Serve by sprinkling this mixture on the broccoli you took out of the oven.
