2 small onions, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons of olive oil
300 g beef
25 gr Icim White Cheese
500 g tomatoes
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
Soak the onion and garlic in olive oil in a large pot. Turn on the heat and sauté for 7 minutes until their colors change.
Chop the meat into 3 cm slices for sautéing. Cook with pepper, tomato and rosemary until it boils. Turn it down.
Add İçim White Cheese that you shredded with your hand. Cook for about another 10 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
