600g pistachios, chopped
6 pieces of baklava dough
80 gr Butter
For the sorbet
125 ml of water
125 ml granulated sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Melt the butter. Lay 1 layer of phyllo dough on a flat surface. Brush the top with İçim Butter. Sprinkle with 100 g of pistachios. Put the second sheet of dough on top of the first layer and grease it again. Sprinkle another 100 g of pistachios on top. Cover with another layer of phyllo dough and sprinkle with 100 g pistachios again. Wrap the phyllo layers tightly in the form of a roll. Cut into 5 cm slices with a sharp knife. Apply the same process for the other 3 phyllo doughs respectively. Place the slices side by side in the pre-greased baking dish. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes. Boil water and sugar for syrup. Stir in lemon juice. When it gets the consistency of syrup, remove it from the stove. Drizzle the syrup over the false baklava you take from the oven. Serve warm or cold.
