80 g sugar
80 g butter
1 teaspoon instant filter coffee
1 peach
2 tablespoons peach juice
2 tablespoons cream
Vanilla ice cream
Peel the peaches and puree them in a blender. Stir the sugar, butter, coffee, peach puree and peach juice in the pan for 2 minutes. Stir until completely dissolved and no lumps remain. Add the cream to the mixture and continue to mix well for 2 minutes. Remove from the stove and pour over the vanilla ice cream balls and serve.
