Juice of 6 oranges
1 orange, diced
1 tablespoon potato starch
6 pieces of ice
1 orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150 gr İçim Strained Yogurt
50 gr İçim Labne Cheese
40 g granulated sugar
Put the orange juice and sugar in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the potato starch. Stir until it thickens and remove from the stove. Stir in the orange slices and orange zest. İçim Şef Whisk the cream well and make it swell. Add İçim Yogurt, vanilla extract and İçim Labne Cheese. Fill 6 serving bowls half full with this cream mixture. Spoon the orange puree over the cream.
