1 heaping glass of flour
3 heaping tablespoons of starch
1 liter of İçim Milk
1 cup granulated sugar
200 gr İçim Labneh
1 packet of İçim Chief Cream
1 packet of vanilla
2 pieces of gum drops
For Topping
1 packet of ready-made fruit sauce
Ingredients (for 2 persons)
1 heaping glass of flour
3 heaping tablespoons of starch
1 liter of İçim Milk
1 cup granulated sugar
200 gr İçim Labneh
1 packet of İçim Chief Cream
1 packet of vanilla
2 pieces of gum drops For the top
1 packet of ready-made fruit sauce
Preparation
1. Put the starch and flour in a bowl and whisk with a little İçim Milk to prevent lumps.
2. Pour the remaining İçim Milk into a saucepan and add granulated sugar. Cook while stirring with a whisk.
3. Gradually add the flour mixture.
4. When it becomes warm, add İçim Labne and instant milk cream and keep stirring.
5. Whisk over low heat until thickened.
6. Finally, add the vanilla and gum drops and mix again.
7. Line a rectangular baking dish with a refrigerator bag. Transfer the prepared dough into the pipe and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. (You can also cool it in single molds)
8. Turn the frozen custard over.
9. Cook the ready-made fruit sauce with hot water until it thickens and pour it over the custard.
10. Serve with crushed cocoa biscuits or walnut kadayif pieces. Enjoy your meal.
