200 grams of rose leaves
2 liters of Lactose-Free Milk
500 g granulated sugar
150 grams of walnuts
In a large saucepan, bring the Lactose-Free Milk to a boil by mixing it with granulated sugar. Remove from heat and wait 15 minutes to cool. Put a row of rose leaves in a wide dish. Drizzle 1 scoop of the sweetened Lactose-Free Milk you boiled on it. Sprinkle the coarsely chopped walnuts on top and put another layer of leaves. Repeat the same actions until you finish the leaves. Keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then slice it and serve. You can sweeten it with walnuts and rosewater depending on preference.
