160 gr İçim Fresh Cheese
2 egg yolks
110 g flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp powdered sugar
Frying sunflower oil
For the sorbet
600 g granulated sugar
200 ml of water
First, prepare the syrup by boiling the sugar together with water. When it starts to boil, turn the bottom of the stove to the lowest and cook in this way for another 5 minutes, then remove from the heat. Let it sit to cool. Put the İçim Fresh Cheese in a bowl. Pour a little hot water over it and wait 1 minute. Crush the cheese you take out of the water well. Add the egg yolks and mix until it reaches the consistency of yogurt. Add the flour and continue mixing. Knead the dough with your hands and let it thicken. Heat the sunflower oil in the saucepan. Take pieces of the bite dough you have prepared with a spoon and fry them in oil. Toss hot morsels into cold syrup. Cover the pot and let it sit for 15 minutes until the bites absorb the syrup. Garnish the morsels with optional cinnamon and powdered sugar and serve immediately.
