1 teaspoon of butter
150 g plain flour
400 g sour cherries
3 tablespoons of almonds
3 eggs
150 g granulated sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
A pinch of salt
250 ml milk
2 teaspoons almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
A pinch of flour to flour the bowl
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Coat the baking dish with İçim Butter and flour it. Put the cherries and almonds into the bowl. Whisk together the flour, eggs, sugar, brown sugar and salt until completely combined and smooth. Add İçim Milk, almond and vanilla extracts and mix again. Pour the resulting batter over the cherries and almonds. Bake for about 40-50 minutes. Remove from the oven when they have risen and browned a little. Leave it to rest to cool down. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm
