Half a pack of İçim Labne Cheese
5 – 6 grated tomatoes
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
3 cups of water
1 tablespoon flour
Salt
Black Pepper
Put the grated tomatoes in a pot. Add the water and bring to the boil. In another place, roast İçim Butter and flour and add to the boiling pot. Stir well to avoid lumps and boil over low heat for a while. Then add the labneh to the pot and mix well.
Finally, add salt and pepper, boil for a few more minutes and remove from the stove. Recommendation*: You can spice up your soup by adding dill, mint or basil. Bon Appetit!
