500 g fresh tagliatelle pasta
1 onion
1 tablespoon of İçim Butter
2 cloves of garlic
250 g minced meat
50 ml grape vinegar
3 tomatoes
2 bay leaves
Salt-Pepper
Chop the onion into cubes. Melt the butter in a large saucepan and add the onions and saute. Add minced meat and garlic. Continue roasting by stirring quickly. When the minced meat absorbs its water, pour the grape juice. Add grated tomatoes and bay leaves and continue cooking over low heat.
Boil 5 liters of water in a deep pot and add salt. After boiling the tagliatelle pasta, drain it and mix it with the sauce you prepared in the pan.
Serve hot.
