2 steaks, 5 cm thick
2 tbsp İçim Butter
For Mustard Sauce
1 tablespoon dried sage
1 tablespoon dried basil
2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon of powdered garlic
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
To prepare mustard sauce, mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl until you get a completely smooth and homogeneous consistency.
Wash the steaks with cold water and dry them. Rub it with İçim Butter. Dip it thoroughly in the mustard sauce you prepared. After wrapping it in stretch film, let it rest in the refrigerator for 6-24 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Preheat barbecue or grill to medium-high heat. Cook each side for 8-10 minutes. Cover it with stretch film again and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Serve with roasted vegetables and salad. Enjoy your meal.
