3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 bunches of spinach, stem removed and shredded
Half a glass of İçim Chef Cream
10 eggs
Start preheating your oven at 200°C.
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a deep pan. Add onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Sauté, stirring, until the onions soften. Add the spinach onto the onions and continue cooking, stirring frequently.
After about 10 minutes, when the spinach becomes soft, add İçim Chef Cream. İçim Chef Continue cooking, stirring, over low heat until the mixture with the cream reaches a thick consistency.
Spread the spinach mixture on the bottom of the casserole. Break the eggs on top one by one. Season each egg with salt and pepper.
Remove the casserole from the oven before the egg yolks are completely cooked. This process will take approximately 15-18 minutes.
Serve hot
