1 bottle of Peach and Pineapple İçim Kefir
1 Anamur banana
1 tablespoon of coconut
2 slices (80-90 g) fresh pineapple
Chickpea-sized fresh ginger
– Put 1 Anamur banana in the freezer the night before and freeze. Using frozen fruit also helps to thicken the smoothie without using ice.
– Put 1 bottle of peach and pineapple kefir, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of coconut, 2 slices of fresh pineapple and chickpea-sized fresh ginger in the blender and blend until smooth.
– Then you can put it in a glass before it gets hot and enjoy it.
