1 kg fresh shrimp
1 pack of penne pasta,
3 cloves of garlic
500g tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 onion
½ carrot
1 bunch of parsley
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
5 tablespoons İçim Butter
2 tablespoons grated İçim Kashar Cheese
250 ml water
Clean the shrimps. Boil the peels you have removed in a large pot with 250 ml of water, carrots, half an onion, half a bunch of parsley and vinegar for 15-20 minutes. After filtering the water you have obtained, continue boiling by adding salt.
Heat İçim Butter in a medium-sized pan. Chop the remaining half of the onion and saute it with the finely chopped garlic until it turns pink. Add your peeled shrimps. When the shrimp start to change color, add the chopped tomatoes to the pan.
Meanwhile, add the pasta to the water you continue to boil. When the time specified on the pasta package is almost up, take a ladle of pasta water and add it to the shrimp sauce cooked in the pan. After draining the pasta, combine it with the shrimp sauce.
Grate plenty of grated İçim Kashar Cheese on top. Finely chop the remaining half bunch of parsley, sprinkle over the pasta and serve hot.
