• 4 tbsp İçim Filtered Yoghurt
• Half a kg of pumpkin
• 1 onion
• 2 teaspoons of salt
• 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 2 handfuls of peanuts
Onto; Basil leaves
Cut half a kg of pumpkin into cubes.
• Put the pan on the stove and heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil, add the pumpkins and fry over high heat.
• Chop 1 onion. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and rub. Add the softened onions to the pan. Add 2 handfuls of unshelled peanuts to the pan and fry all the ingredients by mixing them well.
• When the pumpkins change color and the onions are caramelized, finely chop 4 cloves of garlic and add them.
• Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chili powder and fry for another 3 minutes.
• Reserve some of the roasted flavors for the topping, put them in a bowl and add 4 tablespoons of İçim Filtered Yoghurt and mix cursorily.
• Add the vegetables with yogurt to the plate first. Put some of the ones you don’t yogurt on top and when you decorate them with basil leaves, it’s ready for you to enjoy.
