Remove the stems of the mushrooms that you have thoroughly washed and cleaned. Put the oil in the pan and sauté the diced chicken. Add the diced onions and peppers. Add the garlic, spices and salt and sauté a little more. Fill the prepared mortar into the mushrooms.
